At Tia Elena's Restaurant :)

We, Group 3 decided to chose this old fashioned restaurant today, which  is just along the highway of Sabang, Baliuag Bulacan : )

Exact Location: DRT Highway corner, Primavera Homes, Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan ..

Tia Elena's was established in year 2004 by Mrs.Elena Sta. Juana.

Mrs.Elena Sta. Juana named it "Tia Elena's" because according to her, Tia or Tiya (aunt) is her way to show to the customers that she cooks just like a member of your family/like your aunt/your mother, that she always cook from her heart, they termed that (lutong bahay) to make their customers feel at home :)

Come in!!! 「いただきます！」 = Itadakimasu! :D

One of their best sellers there is Okoy (shrimp fritters)

I'm not sure, but I think they used potatoes with that, it tastes like fries! *yummy*

-Next, down here is their Sizzling Sisig!

I'm not fond of eating sisig but my groupmates said it's good :)

-Next here is their Ampalaya Con Carne ..

AMPALAYA = Bitter rite?? But this dish counteracts the oily foods. And we all know it's healthy!

Up Next .. One of their best sellers too -Chopsueyyyyyyy~

This has been our favorite of all the dishes haha  -Shrimp tempura~ ♥

We also had -Vegetable salad there.

And their famous dessert -Buko pandan ^__^ *yum! yum! yum!*
